This Summer, Target stores have Vinyl Ice Cream toys located in the summer picnicware/dog toys area. I think they were around $5.98 for a package of four. You get an Ice Cream cone, a Sno-Cone, an ice cream bar, and a Push Up.

I ask the patients if they've been doing any push ups lately and whip out my Push-Up!
OR Enter their room out of breath and say it's because you've been doing push-ups.
OR buy two and make your own "Push-Up Bra"!!

I hold up the Ice Cream Bar and say, "Well, I see you still have your GOOD HUMOR!"

I use the Ice Cream Cones to decorate my cart.
