I like to give out free Kleenex (clean X's) I get foam X's and clean them with my feather duster and give them out as a service from the hosital.

Your idea is very cute. However, clowns need to check this one out first. In many hospitals, Infection Control specifically prohibits the use of feather dusters.

You could clean your x with a cloth instead. If they're hungry you could give 'em a brown E or a little gray V!
