For his birthday, Pixie asked Johnny what he wanted. "I want to clown at the nursing home and then give blood," was what he answered. And so that is what they did. Johnny & Pixie spent a couple hours in the Alzheimer's ward, visited a few other residents of the home, and then went and donated a pint of blood. It was Pixie's 100th pint and Johnny's 99th.
